Luxurious rooms with historic charm elevate the stay.
Our experience was marred by a confusing entrance location, which left us wandering around the Plaza Pombo. Additionally, the high price variance between nights felt unreasonable, especially as we didn't perceive a spike in demand. Lastly, the breakfast options for vegetarians were extremely limited, which made our mornings quite challenging.

the check-in was agonizingly slow, making me feel like i was invisible. i even had to share my room with the noise of cleaning crew, which surely is not 5-star! ! i woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary gesture, but clearly that’s too much to ask. just couldn’t believe it.

comfortable stay but location confusion
The bed was comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure which made for a refreshing experience. The city view from my room was absolutely stunning, perfect for enjoying the local atmosphere.
The confusing entrance location made the arrival somewhat frustrating.

Our stay was fantastic with a spacious room and a large bathroom that made getting ready a breeze. The hotel also had a lovely library and cozy lounge area for winding down after exploring the city. The only hiccup was the lack of clear signage outside, but it didn't take away from the great experience overall. 😊

definitely coming here again
Luxurious room with air conditioning, big comfortable bed, minibar, coffee machine, and a big bathroom. The hardwood floor added charm. Loved the complimentary water and coffee capsules. Spent mornings enjoying views from the balcony. Spa facilities were a great perk. Easily reached by lift from upper floors made it even better.

The hotel is centrally located in a beautifully renovated palace with spacious rooms featuring luxurious finishes. The historical charm is beautifully paired with modern amenities, creating a delightful atmosphere that felt both comfortable and elegant.
The breakfast options felt a bit limited for dietary preferences, which could be improved.
